Charley’s is located in Paia, Maui, Hawaii; a former sugar-plantation town that serves as the crossroads to the North Shore of Maui.  Known for its large waves and ideal conditions for surfing, windsurfing and kite-boarding, the North Shore of Maui is a water playground. The North Shore is also known for its rainforests, waterfalls and hiking.

Paia maintains its small-town, old Hawaii charm, and is now a bustling destination with restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee and gelato.

At Charley’s you never know who might be sitting next to you. It’s long been a favorite hang-out for surfers, adventurers, writers, hippies, rock stars, artists, business leaders, celebrities, and all types, looking to get away and find the ultimate in Maui hospitality.

Stefanie Fair began her professional entertainment career at the age of eight -  acting, singing, dancing and appearing in national commercials (Kodak, Goodyear, Dominos; Mattel, etc.) and television shows including: “The Facts Of Life,” “Punky Brewster”, “Golden Girls,” “Blossom,” “Married With Children.”
Stefanie was a member of harmony girl-group ‘Wild Orchid” along with Black Eyed Peas front-woman Fergie.  They emerged in 1993, scoring a major record contract with RCA.  Wild Orchid released three albums during their ten-year career, touring with ‘N Sync, 98 Degrees and Cher, modeling for Bongo Jeans and GUESS? along with hosting two successful seasons of “The Great Pretenders” on ABC/Fox Family.   Ultimately, Stefanie broke out as a songwriter-producer and placed two songs, “Losing My Ground” and “Finally” co-written with Jon Legend on Fergie’s 7-times platinum debut album “The Duchess”.

Artists that have recorded and released Stefanie’s songs include:  Christina Aguilera, Fergie, The Pussycat Dolls, Orianthi, Mylie Cyrus, Vanessa Amorossi, Day’s Difference, Alison Iraheta, Bonnie Tyler, Namie Amuro, Girlicious, and Prima J. Stefanie also created a wide body of work in the kids/animation space; including: “The Bratz Movie,” “Baby Genius,” “Martha & Friends,” “Gisele and the Green Team”  “Thomas Edison’s Secret Lab” and “Spacepop.”

In 2017 Stefanie returned to television starring on the Bravo docu-reality series “There Goes the Motherhood,” which featured her performance of “Better Version of Me” co-written with Bluebird Cafe alumnus emmy & grammy nominee Steve Diamond.   In addition to collaborating and writing songs, she is currently producing the podcast “Manic Mom-Daze.”   

Stefanie, her husband producer/music executive Ron Fair, and their four kids relocated from Brentwood, Los Angeles to Brentwood Tennessee in 2017.  The family recently got a bichon-poo puppy named “Mr. Big.”
